Oil blend for the manufacture of ampoules
VITROLIS VIALFORM 45/25 is a blend of oils used in the manufacture of vials and ampoules.
H1: describes lubricants that may be used at critical points in the food industry where incidental, unplanned contact between the lubricant and the food cannot be fully ruled out.
Continuous production is achieved by spraying the parts that form the necks of the vials and ampoules. Constant cleaning of the rods is no longer necessary, as no residues form. VITROLIS VIALFORM 45/25 is crystal clear, thereby preventing discoloration or dark spots on the glass products. This is an additional benefit for the quality of the final product.
VITROLIS VIALFORM 45/25 is used to manufacture vials and ampoules within the required tolerances without having to stop the machine. Using this product reduces the scrap rate of containers with oversized openings—caused by residue on the rods. VITROLIS VIALFORM 45/25 is a stable, inert, and clean liquid. It requires no special handling or precautions.
Application
Spraying is usually performed only once every 5–6 machine cycles.

Take Exit 13 (DU-Wanheimerort) off the A59. If you’re coming from Duisburg, turn right. If you’re coming from Düsseldorf, turn left. You are now on Wacholderstraße; follow this street. At the second traffic light, turn left onto Düsseldorfer Straße. Follow the road for about 1.5 km. At the traffic light, turn right onto Neuenhofstraße. Continue straight through the next intersection. After about 300 meters, you’ll see the Bremer & Leguil warehouse at number 101 on the left.

By train
Bremer & Leguil is a 10-minute walk from the train station. From the main exit, cross the station forecourt and turn right onto Mercatorstraße. Then turn left onto Königsstraße (pedestrian zone). At the “Lifesaver” fountain, turn right onto Am Burgacker. After crossing at the traffic lights, Bremer & Leguil is 50 meters further on the right-hand side.
By car
From Düsseldorf:
Take Exit 10 (DU-Duissern) off the A59. Turn right and follow the road. At the next traffic light, turn right onto Landfermannstraße. Follow the road and, after the third traffic light, turn right onto “Am Burgacker.”
From Dinslaken:
Take Exit 10 (DU-Duissern) off the A59. Turn right and follow the road until you reach the third street on the left. Turn onto Moselstraße there. At the next intersection, turn right onto Fuldastraße. After about 100 meters, turn left onto “Am Burgacker.”
