High demands in challenging operating environments

Wind turbines are exposed to wind, moisture, temperature fluctuations, dust, salt spray, and UV radiation around the clock. To prevent outages and maintain high system availability over the long term, sensitive components must be regularly maintained and protected.

Electrical connections, slip rings, control cabinets, transformers, and mechanical assemblies, in particular, require products that meet the highest technical standards.

Cleaning and Protection for Maximum System Availability

Contamination, moisture, and corrosion can impair the function of important components and, over time, lead to malfunctions or increased maintenance requirements. Through the targeted use of special cleaners and protective products, it is possible to:

  • Optimize Maintenance Intervals
  • Reduce Corrosion
  • Preventing Malfunctions
  • Improve Operational Safety
  • Extend the service life of components
  • Minimize Downtime

Preventive maintenance plays a key role in ensuring the cost-effectiveness of wind turbines, especially at hard-to-reach turbine sites.
