Our selection of instant adhesives with varying viscosities is capable of creating fast, precise, and durable bonds on virtually all materials, such as rubber, plastic, metal, and ceramics. Depending on the product, the adhesives cure to form either high-strength or partially flexible bonds; they are low-odor, some offer excellent gap-filling capabilities, and create bonds that are resistant to dynamic and thermal stress, impact-resistant, and age-resistant. Our instant adhesives are recommended for repairs, precision engineering, and assembly. Thanks to its reliable adhesive properties, the RivoGLUE 1080 thixotropic gel even allows for direct bonding on vertical surfaces.
Our one-component MS polymer adhesives were specifically developed for bonding various materials in the automotive and aerospace industries, as well as other industrial sectors. They can be used, among other things, for joint bonding as well as for elastic structural bonding of metal, plastic, stone, glass, and wood—which is particularly advantageous, for example, when bonding building materials and installing windows and doors, both indoors and especially outdoors. Industries such as roofing and carpentry benefit from the outstanding bonding performance of our structural adhesives, as they enable the creation of flexible and weather-resistant joints and the sealing of seams, seams, and edges—including on damp substrates. The bonded areas are resistant to various weather conditions and have proven to be durable.
In addition to excellent adhesion properties, some of our environmentally friendly, single-component, silane-modified polymer adhesives are also free of silicones, isocyanates, and solvents. Our two-component epoxy adhesives offer extremely high tensile and shear strength, as well as resistance to chemicals, water, and temperature fluctuations. They do not shrink and are particularly recommended for demanding joints in assembly work, repairs, and mechanical engineering. Precise dispensing and easy application make two-component epoxy adhesives indispensable tools in industrial and trade applications.
Our transparent two-component assembly adhesive, RivoGLUE 2010 EX, creates high-strength bonds between metal, ceramic, wood, plastic, stone, and many other materials; the adhesive cures particularly quickly and is touch-dry after about seven minutes. The adhesive cures even at lower temperatures and does not yellow. The resealable dual-chamber cartridge allows for economical and easy application. Wasted adhesive residue is now a thing of the past.
Our high-quality sealing tapes enable quick and clean sealing of joints, connections, and transitions. The durable, flexible seal reliably keeps out air, dust, water, and contaminants. Our secure and tear-resistant Goldband sealing tape is not only resistant to aggressive substances but can also withstand temperatures up to +260 °C.
For technical applications involving threaded connections, we at Loxeal offer specialized sealants that ensure a secure seal for bolted joints and prevent fluid leakage. Our Loxeal product line includes sealants approved for use with gas, hydraulics, pneumatics, and oxygen. Whether you’re working with large clearances or need sealants that leave no residue, you’ll find the right product in our portfolio.
Loxeal threadlockers provide permanent protection for bolted joints against loosening caused by vibrations or temperature fluctuations. They are frequently used in mechanical engineering, plant construction, and maintenance work. To complement these, you’ll find elastic Loxeal surface gaskets that ensure a reliable seal between surfaces even with large gap dimensions—a requirement that is often essential for piping, tanks, or housings. The flange or gearbox seals can be easily removed.
Our range of specialty anaerobic adhesives from Loxeal is rounded out by high-strength bonds for various applications.
