Applications & Material Compatibility

Rivolta F.L.G. GT-Spray is a walk-stable, extremely water-resistant, high-temperature-resistant synthetic grease designed for heavily loaded rolling and plain bearings as well as guides within a very wide operating temperature range.

Applications

Rolling bearings:

  • Heavy-duty, slow- to medium-speed rolling bearings operating at very high temperatures, such as bearings in automatic baking machines and drying ovens
  • Bearings subjected to high impact loads, such as those in pellet presses
  • Support and guide roller bearings in conveyor systems, dryers, and ovens

Plain Bearings:

  • For plain bearings exposed to high temperatures

For lubricating bolts, joints, cam discs, and other sliding surfaces

Low-temperature grease for bearings and guides.

High-performance grease for all types of high-speed rolling and plain bearings.

Our multi-temperature range greases do not attack common metals, plastics, paints, or mineral oil-resistant seals. They should not be mixed with other greases.

Preparing the Lubrication Point

Remove as much dirt and old residue as possible.

Take Exit 13 (DU-Wanheimerort) off the A59. If you’re coming from Duisburg, turn right. If you’re coming from Düsseldorf, turn left. You are now on Wacholderstraße; follow this street. By train
Bremer & Leguil is a 10-minute walk from the train station. From the main exit, cross the station forecourt and turn right onto Mercatorstraße. Then turn left onto Königsstraße (pedestrian zone). At the “Lifesaver” fountain, turn right onto Am Burgacker. After crossing at the traffic lights, Bremer & Leguil is 50 meters further on the right-hand side.

By car
From Düsseldorf:
Take Exit 10 (DU-Duissern) off the A59. Turn right and follow the road. At the next traffic light, turn right onto Landfermannstraße. Follow the road and, after the third traffic light, turn right onto “Am Burgacker.”
From Dinslaken:
Take Exit 10 (DU-Duissern) off the A59. Turn right and follow the road until you reach the third street on the left. Turn onto Moselstraße there. At the next intersection, turn right onto Fuldastraße. After about 100 meters, turn left onto “Am Burgacker.”
