Applications & Material Compatibility

Key features of the Rivolta F.L.G. grease series—a select range of fully synthetic, mineral oil-free, high-performance greases for virtually all grease-lubricated applications in the food industry—define this product line:

  • F.L.G. 4-2 is the lubricant for rolling and plain bearings.
  • F.L.G. HF-2 is a water-resistant adhesive grease for lubricating fittings, gear rims, and gear couplings.
  • F.L.G. 2-0 is the right choice for centralized lubrication systems in packaging machines.
  • F.L.G. 3-1 is ideal for use in grease-lubricated gearboxes.

Applications:

  • Open and enclosed gearboxes, e.g., rolling gearboxes (spur and bevel gearboxes), helical-bevel gearboxes (helical, worm, or offset bevel gearboxes)
  • Tooth couplings, gear rims, fittings, levers, bolts, joints, metal-to-metal guides, e.g., on gripper systems of food packaging machines
  • Rolling and plain bearings, e.g., deep-groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings on fillers, bottle washers, labeling machines, capping machines, filling machines, cyclones, etc.

Take Exit 13 (DU-Wanheimerort) off the A59. If you’re coming from Duisburg, turn right. If you’re coming from Düsseldorf, turn left. You are now on Wacholderstraße; follow this street. At the second traffic light, turn left onto Düsseldorfer Straße. Follow the road for about 1.5 km. At the traffic light, turn right onto Neuenhofstraße. Continue straight through the next intersection. After about 300 meters, you’ll see the Bremer & Leguil warehouse at number 101 on the left.

By train
Bremer & Leguil is a 10-minute walk from the train station. From the main exit, cross the station forecourt and turn right onto Mercatorstraße. Then turn left onto Königsstraße (pedestrian zone). At the “Lifesaver” fountain, turn right onto Am Burgacker. After crossing at the traffic lights, Bremer & Leguil is 50 meters further on the right-hand side.

By car
From Düsseldorf:
Take Exit 10 (DU-Duissern) off the A59. Turn right and follow the road. At the next traffic light, turn right onto Landfermannstraße. Follow the road and, after the third traffic light, turn right onto “Am Burgacker.”
From Dinslaken:
Take Exit 10 (DU-Duissern) off the A59. Turn right and follow the road until you reach the third street on the left. Turn onto Moselstraße there. At the next intersection, turn right onto Fuldastraße. After about 100 meters, turn left onto “Am Burgacker.”
