Rivolta S.B.H. 23 combines fully synthetic base oils with innovative additive technology to deliver a range of performance characteristics that far surpass those of conventional HLP and HVLP hydraulic oils. Our additive package enhances the already outstanding properties of our base oils with regard to aging, corrosion, and wear. Wear protection is of particular importance here. The lack of wear protection in conventional oils leads to increased wear at the contact zone between the “sealing element and metal surface.” This results in leaks and oil loss. The Rivolta S.B.H. series, with its special additive system, effectively prevents stick-slip and thus prevents leaks in the system.
Applications
For all types of hydraulic systems as well as hydraulic motors. The Rivolta S.B.H. series exceeds the requirements of DIN 51524 for hydraulic oils of the HLP and HVLP specifications, with the exception of DIN EN ISO 4236 (Tost test). Furthermore, it exceeds the requirements of DIN ISO 15380 for HEES oils.
Rivolta S.B.H. 23 is compatible with mineral oil-resistant sealing materials and is miscible with mineral oils and ester oils. Do not mix with polyalkylene glycol. When changing the oil, follow the conversion guidelines in accordance with DIN ISO 15380.
