Rivolta K.S.P. products are formulated with high-purity, user-friendly base materials that provide long-lasting and reliable corrosion protection for all types of components without causing sticking or resin buildup.
Applications
Our K.S.P. 305 corrosion protection spray is recommended for interim and long-term preservation of plastic injection molds and tools, as well as for corrosion protection of extruder screws during storage. Due to its special formulation, K.S.P. 305 does not penetrate undercuts and can be quickly removed with just a few sprays—without the need for additional cleaning.
Application Instructions
The metal surfaces to be protected should be dry and clean before applying Rivolta K.S.P. products.
If Rivolta K.S.P. 305 is not used for an extended period, ensure that the ultra-fine wax particles it contains are evenly distributed. This can be done, for example, by shaking or stirring.
Rivolta K.S.P. 305 can be easily removed from the treated components as needed. Our water-based cleaners for hot applications (e.g., steam jet cleaners) or our hydrocarbon-based cleaning products from the Rivolta product portfolio are suitable for this purpose.

Take Exit 13 (DU-Wanheimerort) off the A59. If you’re coming from Duisburg, turn right. If you’re coming from Düsseldorf, turn left. You are now on Wacholderstraße; follow this street. At the second traffic light, turn left onto Düsseldorfer Straße. Follow the road for about 1.5 km. At the traffic light, turn right onto Neuenhofstraße. Continue straight through the next intersection. After about 300 meters, you’ll see the Bremer & Leguil warehouse at number 101 on the left.

By train
Bremer & Leguil is a 10-minute walk from the train station. From the main exit, cross the station forecourt and turn right onto Mercatorstraße. Then turn left onto Königsstraße (pedestrian zone). At the “Lifesaver” fountain, turn right onto Am Burgacker. After crossing at the traffic lights, Bremer & Leguil is 50 meters further on the right-hand side.
By car
From Düsseldorf:
Take Exit 10 (DU-Duissern) off the A59. Turn right and follow the road. At the next traffic light, turn right onto Landfermannstraße. Follow the road and, after the third traffic light, turn right onto “Am Burgacker.”
From Dinslaken:
Take Exit 10 (DU-Duissern) off the A59. Turn right and follow the road until you reach the third street on the left. Turn onto Moselstraße there. At the next intersection, turn right onto Fuldastraße. After about 100 meters, turn left onto “Am Burgacker.”
