K.S.P. 204 VCI is a low-viscosity, thixotropic oil containing VCI (volatile corrosion inhibitor) that forms an oil- or petroleum jelly-like film. This corrosion protection product is drip-free due to its run-off-inhibiting film. Additional corrosion protection is provided by the outgassing of inhibitors, which condense onto metal surfaces from the vapor phase. This thixotropic corrosion protection safeguards metal surfaces that cannot be fully wetted, such as pre-assembled components, machines, equipment, gearboxes, chassis stabilizers, etc., and can also be used as a simple and cost-effective alternative to VCI films.

Application Instructions
The surfaces to be protected should be dry and clean before applying Rivolta K.S.P. 204 VCI. The corrosion protection oil can be applied with a brush, roller, or with electric or compressed-air-powered spray guns.
If Rivolta K.S.P. products need to be removed, this can be done quickly and easily using our aqueous cleaners in hot applications (e.g., steam jet equipment) or our hydrocarbon-based cleaning products from the Rivolta product portfolio.

Take Exit 13 (DU-Wanheimerort) off the A59. If you’re coming from Duisburg, turn right. If you’re coming from Düsseldorf, turn left. You are now on Wacholderstraße; follow this street. At the second traffic light, turn left onto Düsseldorfer Straße. Follow the road for about 1.5 km. At the traffic light, turn right onto Neuenhofstraße. Continue straight through the next intersection. After about 300 meters, you’ll see the Bremer & Leguil warehouse at number 101 on the left.

Bremer & Leguil is a 10-minute walk from the train station. From the main exit, cross the station forecourt and turn right onto Mercatorstraße. Then turn left onto Königsstraße (pedestrian zone). At the “Lifesaver” fountain, turn right onto Am Burgacker. After crossing at the traffic lights, Bremer & Leguil is 50 meters further on the right-hand side.
By car
From Düsseldorf:
Take Exit 10 (DU-Duissern) off the A59. Turn right and follow the road. At the next traffic light, turn right onto Landfermannstraße. Follow the road and, after the third traffic light, turn right onto “Am Burgacker.”
From Dinslaken:
Take Exit 10 (DU-Duissern) off the A59. Turn right and follow the road until you reach the third street on the left. Turn onto Moselstraße there. At the next intersection, turn right onto Fuldastraße. After about 100 meters, turn left onto “Am Burgacker.”
