Applications & Material Compatibility

P.A.W. is characterized by outstanding lubricating and emergency-running properties, very good adhesion, and high water resistance. Its excellent corrosion protection properties shield lubricated components from corrosion and seizing, even in corrosive atmospheres. P.A.W. effectively prevents fit rust, tribocorrosion, and stick-slip. P.A.W. is free of graphite, MoS2, and nickel.

Applications

  • Assembly of steel and stainless steel bolted joints, etc., with high demands on lubrication performance, seizure and corrosion protection, and temperature resistance.
  • Lubrication of machine components subjected to high pressures, shock loads, or oscillating movements, such as trapezoidal threaded spindles, plain bearings,
    articulated bearings, chucks, clamping elements, bolts, etc.
  • Bevel gears and racks
  • Press-fit lubricants for fitted parts
  • Guides, telescopic booms, etc., that are prone to stick-slip
  • Corrosion protection

Due to its high content of solid lubricants, Rivolta P.A.W. is not suitable for use on rolling bearings.

Application Instructions

Rivolta P.A.W. is applied as a paste to previously cleaned parts using a brush, putty knife, or cloth. Our product is also available in a 500 g cartridge.

By train
Bremer & Leguil is a 10-minute walk from the train station. From the main exit, cross the station forecourt and turn right onto Mercatorstraße. Then turn left onto Königsstraße (pedestrian zone). At the “Lifesaver” fountain, turn right onto Am Burgacker. After crossing at the traffic lights, Bremer & Leguil is 50 meters further on the right-hand side.

By car
From Düsseldorf:
Take Exit 10 (DU-Duissern) off the A59. Turn right and follow the road. At the next traffic light, turn right onto Landfermannstraße. Follow the road and, after the third traffic light, turn right onto “Am Burgacker.”
From Dinslaken:
Take Exit 10 (DU-Duissern) off the A59. Turn right and follow the road until you reach the third street on the left. Turn onto Moselstraße there. At the next intersection, turn right onto Fuldastraße. After about 100 meters, turn left onto “Am Burgacker.”
