Rivolta S.L.X. 1000 is recommended for cleaning highly sensitive electronic systems, components, and devices while they are energized (AuS). Cleaning no longer requires powering down or disassembly. When working on live equipment, please be sure to observe DIN VDE 0105-100 “Operation of Electrical Installations”!
S.L.X. 1000 is non-flammable (no flash point) and has a very high dielectric strength. This special cleaner can therefore also be used on live electrical systems that are in operation. Shutting down the system is not necessary, which results in cost savings by reducing the downtime that would otherwise be caused by shutdown. Another advantage is the cleaning agent’s very rapid evaporation. No disruptive residues remain, and the adhesion of new dirt is prevented. Thanks to the minimal drying time, shorter service intervals can be ensured.
The special safety cleaner is characterized by excellent material compatibility and does not attack common metals, contact coatings, insulation, paints, varnishes, rubber, plastics, etc. All components, regardless of material type (metals, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and elastomers), can be treated without restriction. S.L.X. 1000 cleans effectively and thoroughly due to its low surface tension and high specific gravity. This allows the cleaner to penetrate even the tiniest microscopic cracks and crevices. The liquid medium reaches hard-to-access areas within the system. The cleaner thoroughly washes over the components, removing dusty as well as lightly oily and greasy contaminants. The resistance values of insulating materials and/or the conductivity of, for example, contact materials, etc., are improved or restored.
Applications
Rivolta S.L.X. 1000 is used for cleaning systems and devices in measurement, regulation, and control technology; electromedical equipment; electronic devices and systems; ICs; circuit boards; memory modules; PLCs; microcontrollers; processors; sensors; pressure control panels; photocells, optical systems, magnetic heads, measuring instruments, amplifiers, collectors, contacts, potentiometers, relays, switches, clock mechanisms, counters, etc. Furthermore, the S.L.X. 1000 can be used to clean oxygen-carrying components, such as fittings, filters, pipes, etc. Areas of application include, for example: Electronics, energy technology, telecontrol technology, actuator technology (drive technology), process control technology, IT, radio and television technology, telecommunications and signal processing technology, navigation technology, medical technology, microsystems technology, robotics, sensor technology, communications technology, etc.
Application Instructions
Apply using a spray can, spray, immersion bath, or brush. Optimal cleaning results are achieved when Rivolta S.L.X. 1000 is applied using a B&L high-pressure cleaning device. S.L.X. 1000 can also be used in an ultrasonic bath.

Take Exit 13 (DU-Wanheimerort) off the A59. If you’re coming from Duisburg, turn right. If you’re coming from Düsseldorf, turn left. You are now on Wacholderstraße; follow this street. At the second traffic light, turn left onto Düsseldorfer Straße. Follow the road for about 1.5 km. At the traffic light, turn right onto Neuenhofstraße. Continue straight through the next intersection. After about 300 meters, you’ll see the Bremer & Leguil warehouse at number 101 on the left.

By train
Bremer & Leguil is a 10-minute walk from the train station. From the main exit, cross the station forecourt and turn right onto Mercatorstraße. Then turn left onto Königsstraße (pedestrian zone). At the “Lifesaver” fountain, turn right onto Am Burgacker. After crossing at the traffic lights, Bremer & Leguil is 50 meters further on the right-hand side.
By car
From Düsseldorf:
Take Exit 10 (DU-Duissern) off the A59. Turn right and follow the road. At the next traffic light, turn right onto Landfermannstraße. Follow the road and, after the third traffic light, turn right onto “Am Burgacker.”
From Dinslaken:
Take Exit 10 (DU-Duissern) off the A59. Turn right and follow the road until you reach the third street on the left. Turn onto Moselstraße there. At the next intersection, turn right onto Fuldastraße. After about 100 meters, turn left onto “Am Burgacker.”
