Rivolta E.V.R. is particularly cost-effective, as no disassembly is required for cleaning. This results in significant savings in labor, time, and costs. In addition, the cleaner is compatible with waterproof materials and solvent-resistant paints, plastics, and elastomers. Thanks to its special formulation, the product can dissolve or remove stubborn contaminants that can lead to power loss and malfunctions.
These include, in particular, polar contaminants that are difficult to remove with hydrocarbon-based cleaners, such as:
Deposits from fire damage, e.g., smoke and soot contamination
Steam deposits from industrial washing processes
Deposits from beverage filling processes, such as in beer or fruit juice production
Sugar residues
Aqueous residues from metalworking, such as cooling lubricants
Biological residues
Conventional oily and greasy residues, as well as dust deposits, can also be easily removed with E.V.R.
Applications
Rivolta E.V.R. is used for the pre-cleaning of electrical switchgear and control equipment. The product is NSF-K2 registered and meets the strict requirements of the food industry. E.V.R. can therefore be used as a safe e-cleaning product in the food sector.
Application Instructions
For pre-cleaning, apply Rivolta E.V.R. undiluted to the soiled surface using a hand sprayer. Allow it to act for 5–15 minutes, depending on the degree of soiling. Excellent results are achieved when E.V.R. is applied using a foam sprayer. This creates a stable foam that lasts for a short time and can intensively attack the soiling. For larger cleaning tasks, we recommend using our high-pressure cleaner. You can find suitable application equipment and accessories in our product range.
For follow-up cleaning, we recommend rinsing the loosened contaminants out of the system or component using Rivolta S.L.X. Top or Rivolta S.L.X. 500.
