K1: describes solvent cleaners that can be used outside the production area in the food industry.
Rivolta M.T.X. 60 is particularly suitable for industrial parts cleaning and surface degreasing and has a evaporation rate ranging from fast to slow.
Rivolta M.T.X. 60 Forte is an intensive cleaner. Its special combination of active ingredients enables the rapid dissolution of greases, caked-on oils, waxes, and other stubborn contaminants. M.T.X. 60 Forte evaporates quickly and is therefore suitable for work processes in which the items being cleaned must be processed further after a short time.
Applications
For cleaning machine and engine parts, tools, equipment, gearboxes, ball bearings, gears, chains, all types of metal parts, sheet metal, filters, and much more.
This intensive cleaner is neutral toward metals. When used for the normal exposure time, this special intensive cleaner does not attack most solvent-resistant lacquers, paints, and plastics. Rivolta M.T.X. 60 Forte should be tested for suitability before use. It may attack paints, varnishes, plastics, elastomers, and natural rubber-based rubber types.
Application Instructions
Rivolta M.T.X. 60 Forte can be used in a wide variety of cleaning methods, such as dipping, rinsing, brushing, or spraying.
