Specialty Lubricants for Automotive Manufacturing Facilities

In modern press shops, welding facilities, material handling systems, paint shops, and assembly lines, machine components are subjected to high mechanical and thermal stresses on a daily basis. Proper lubrication plays a crucial role in reducing friction and wear and preventing unplanned downtime.

Our high-performance lubricants are suitable for a wide range of applications in vehicle production and maintenance:

  • Lubrication of Chains, Bearings, and Guides
  • High-Temperature Applications in Coating and Drying Processes
  • Maintenance of Conveyor and Transport Systems
  • Corrosion Protection for Machinery and Components
  • Assembly and Specialty Pastes for Industrial Applications

The targeted use of high-quality lubricants can extend maintenance intervals, protect components, and reduce operating costs.

Industrial Cleaners for Manufacturing and Component Cleaning

In automotive production, clean surfaces are critical to the quality of subsequent processes. Residues of oils, greases, waxes, or production contaminants can compromise coatings, adhesive bonds, or assembly processes.

Our industrial and specialty cleaners were developed to meet the high demands of automotive production and are used, among other things, to:

  • Machinery and Equipment Cleaning
  • Parts and Component Cleaning
  • Removal of oil, grease, and production residues
  • Surface Preparation for Painting and Bonding Processes
  • Cleaning as Part of Maintenance and Servicing

These products are characterized by their high cleaning performance, material compatibility, and cost-effective use.

Workshop Chemicals for Professional Auto Repair Shops

In addition to industrial manufacturing, we also support commercial workshops and service companies with high-performance chemical and technical products. From specialty cleaners to maintenance sprays and assembly pastes, we offer solutions for everyday workshop use.

Our workshop products help with that:

  • Removing stains quickly and reliably
  • Protecting components from corrosion
