Specialty Lubricants for Packaging and Printing Machines

Packaging and printing equipment operates at high speeds and involves complex mechanical processes. Bearings, chains, guides, conveyor systems, and other moving components are constantly subjected to high loads. Proper lubrication is crucial for minimizing wear and ensuring long-term operational reliability.

Our high-performance lubricants offer:

  • reliable protection against wear and corrosion
  • Long service life even under demanding operating conditions
  • reduced maintenance requirements
  • High process reliability in production facilities
  • Optimal performance for packaging, printing, and finishing machines

NSF-certified lubricants for food-contact packaging applications

A significant portion of the packaging industry produces packaging for food and beverages. In these sensitive production environments, special requirements apply to the equipment used. NSF-registered lubricants are used wherever accidental contact with packaging or products cannot be completely ruled out. Our food-grade lubricants help companies meet strict hygiene requirements while ensuring the performance of their equipment.

Industrial Cleaners for Printing and Packaging Equipment

In addition to lubrication, regular cleaning of machinery and production equipment plays a key role. Production residues, printing inks, adhesives, oils, and greases can impair the efficiency of equipment and compromise product quality.

Our specialty cleaners were developed to meet the needs of modern printing and packaging facilities and are suitable for, among other things:

  • Machinery and Equipment Cleaning
  • Removal of oil and grease residues
  • Cleaning of Conveyor and Packaging Systems
  • Maintenance and Repair Work
  • Cleaning of Sensitive Production Areas

These products stand out for their high cleaning performance, material compatibility, and cost-effective use.

Efficient removal of hot-melt and adhesive residues

Hot-melt adhesives are frequently used in packaging processes. Residue on machines, nozzles, and equipment components can impair production output and increase maintenance time.

Our state-of-the-art hot-melt removers enable effective and gentle removal of adhesive residues. At the same time, their label-free formulations and the absence of orange terpenes support modern occupational safety and health standards.

Greater Safety, Quality, and Cost-Effectiveness

The demands placed on printing and packaging companies are constantly increasing. By using the right lubricants and cleaners, you can lay the foundation for safe production processes, high equipment availability, and consistently high product quality.

We support manufacturers, packaging companies, printing companies, and converters with high-performance solutions for lubrication, cleaning, and maintenance—tailored to the demands of modern production environments.
