Mold Lubricant
VITROLIS MM 3010 consists of semi-fluid release agents with high lubricating properties and a sophisticated combination of graphite, high-performance surfactants, and wetting agents.
VITROLIS MM 3010 was specially developed to provide excellent lubrication with low smoke and odor emission. This mold lubricant offers outstanding properties, ensuring crystal-clear glass, cleanliness, and dimensional accuracy. Depending on operating conditions, these products can be used as all-purpose lubricants for molds, preform bases, base plates, and mouths in BB, PB, and NNPB processes.
Einsatzbereiche
Errors caused by wicking residue and contamination are minimized, especially with thin and lightweight bottles. The MM 3000 series is suitable for use in the production of a wide range of products, from perfume bottles and pharmaceutical containers to large-volume food and beverage bottles.

By car
Take Exit 13 (DU-Wanheimerort) off the A59. If you’re coming from Duisburg, turn right. If you’re coming from Düsseldorf, turn left. You are now on Wacholderstraße; follow this street. At the second traffic light, turn left onto Düsseldorfer Straße. Follow the road for about 1.5 km. At the traffic light, turn right onto Neuenhofstraße. Continue straight through the next intersection. After about 300 meters, you’ll see the Bremer & Leguil warehouse at number 101 on the left.

By train
Bremer & Leguil is a 10-minute walk from the train station. From the main exit, cross the station forecourt and turn right onto Mercatorstraße. Then turn left onto Königsstraße (pedestrian zone). At the “Lifesaver” fountain, turn right onto Am Burgacker. After crossing at the traffic lights, Bremer & Leguil is 50 meters further on the right-hand side.
By car
From Düsseldorf:
Take Exit 10 (DU-Duissern) off the A59. Turn right and follow the road. At the next traffic light, turn right onto Landfermannstraße. Follow the road and, after the third traffic light, turn right onto “Am Burgacker.”
From Dinslaken:
Take Exit 10 (DU-Duissern) off the A59. Turn right and follow the road until you reach the third street on the left. Turn onto Moselstraße there. At the next intersection, turn right onto Fuldastraße. After about 100 meters, turn left onto “Am Burgacker.”
