A rapidly biodegradable, fully synthetic ester oil is incorporated into a metal soap base made from Rivolta S.K.D. 3800. S.K.D. 3800 is water-resistant and contains biodegradable additives to improve aging resistance, corrosion protection, and lubricating properties. This switch lubricant is formulated to combine outstanding environmental compatibility with high technical performance.
Applications
Turnouts and sliding surfaces on track systems.
Rivolta S.K.D. 3800 does not attack common metals or solvent-resistant plastics, paints, and seals. The product should not be mixed with other greases.
Preparation of the Lubrication Point
Remove as much dirt and old residue as possible.
Application Instructions
Apply Rivolta S.K.D. 3800 evenly to the friction surfaces. Application can be done manually, e.g., with a brush or hand sprayer, or using a suitable automatic application device.

Take Exit 13 (DU-Wanheimerort) off the A59. If you’re coming from Duisburg, turn right. If you’re coming from Düsseldorf, turn left. You are now on Wacholderstraße; follow this street. Bremer & Leguil is a 10-minute walk from the train station. From the main exit, cross the station forecourt and turn right onto Mercatorstraße. Then turn left onto Königsstraße (pedestrian zone). At the “Lifesaver” fountain, turn right onto Am Burgacker. After crossing at the traffic lights, Bremer & Leguil is 50 meters further on the right-hand side.
By car
From Düsseldorf:
Take Exit 10 (DU-Duissern) off the A59. Turn right and follow the road. At the next traffic light, turn right onto Landfermannstraße. Follow the road and, after the third traffic light, turn right onto “Am Burgacker.”
From Dinslaken:
Take Exit 10 (DU-Duissern) off the A59. Turn right and follow the road until you reach the third street on the left. Turn onto Moselstraße there. At the next intersection, turn right onto Fuldastraße. After about 100 meters, turn left onto “Am Burgacker.”
